About the role:
As a Financial Controller for our global subsidiaries, you will provide essential support to the Director of Finance and external accountants. Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounting, tax, and management processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all subsidiary financial reports, and facilitating effective communication between our headquarters and international subsidiaries.

Your challenge
· Support the Director of Finance and external accountants in accounting, tax, and management matters for Redefine Meat subsidiaries.
· Review and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from subsidiaries.
· Collect necessary data for the preparation of consolidated reports for the parent company.
· Review annual tax reports of subsidiaries.
· Assist in the development and updating of subsidiary budgets and forecasts.
· Analyze variances between actual results versus budget and prior periods.
· Maintain and monitor subsidiary reporting schedules.
· Oversee and verify various work processes within subsidiaries.
· Document and review income recognition processes in subsidiaries.
· Travel internationally for on-site inspections.
· Coordinate activities between subsidiaries and headquarters.
· Manage transfer pricing studies
What you'll need
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a recognized university or leading college.
· Graduate of one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
· Certified accountant with a minimum of two years of experience post-internship.
· Experience with global companies.
· Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
· Willingness and ability to travel abroad.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel.
· Strong work ethic and ability to meet strict deadlines.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
