Culinary and Biz Dev Manager

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with HoReCa/Foodservice customers. Serve as the point of contact for RDM accounts and provide on-site support to distributors.

  • Independently develop and execute visit plans.

  • Conduct training programs (HoReCa/Foodservice).

  • Plan and implement in-account brand activations in close collaboration with distributors and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure RDM brand quality standards at all times.

  • Clear communication of relevant information and market insights to internal stakeholders and distributors.

  • Planning, organizing and participating in (HoReCa/Foodservice) trade shows.

  • Sales planning for the respective responsible territory.

  • Allocation of set budgets (if applicable).

  • Work location: flexible/within territory.

  • Type of position: full-time / permanent

Background and Requirements:

  • Educated as a chef (preferred, not required).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred, not required).

  • 3+ years of Premium Food & Beverage sales experience with a manufacturer, distributor or F&B store (or comparable relevant business experience).

  • Sound understanding of the premium food & beverage market.

  • Existing relationships in the HoReCa/Foodservice channel is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills: proven ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions.

  • High-performer, self-starter - not afraid to break traditional practices, mission-driven.

  • Team player.

  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.

  • Fluent German is a must. Fluent English is preferred.

  • You understand consumer trends and the impact on the HoReCa/Foodservice channel.

  • You have a passion for the alternative meat industry.
