Global Talent Acquisition Director

Job location: Rehovot, Israel

Redefine Meat, one of the fastest-growing FoodTech companies, is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Director.
You will join our evolving Global People & Culture team early on and have a critical part in leading acquisition functions.
You will develop long-range plans and short-term strategies to recruit and hire top talent from a diverse pool of candidates. You will focus on building scalable programs and processes to differentiate our brand in the marketplace while meeting organizational objectives.
We design the alternative protein field, coming up with cutting-edge food 3D printing technology and plant-based alt meat, and other sustainable products. We believe it’s possible to obtain meat while being environmentally and animal friendly.

Main objectives and tasks:

  • Owning and leading the recruiting, sourcing strategy, hiring processes, and candidate experience for all levels of the organization

  • Designing, implementing, and delivering, effective recruiting strategy to source and attract strong talents to support our company strategy, as well as current and future growth

  • Building our employer brand to help us become a global employer of choice

  • Creating and delivering an extraordinary candidate and new hire experience

  • Give guidance and consult on employment law and hiring practices in the hiring locations.

  • Building solid relationships and collaborate across geographical boundaries

  • Undertake any other projects or duties as may be assigned by the Company

  • Establishing best in class recruitment metrics and KPIs Talent Brand Management Responsibilities

  • Leading TA process improvement - continually assessing current practices while working to develop new processes

  • Establishing tools to assess candidate skills and talent through understanding requirements for positions, company culture, and excellent interviewing skills

Background and Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or MBA

  • 10+ years of Management experience in an International Talent Acquisition leadership role.

  • Proven track record in executive recruitment and hiring best-in-class diverse technical and functional leaders

  • Global and cultural awareness

  • Comprehensive understanding of business models, lines of business, products, technologies, competitors, and legal factors to coach hiring leaders and develop and execute global TA strategies and programs

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to design creative strategies, influence stakeholders, and deliver significant impact as a talent leader.

  • Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network

  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities through communication to large groups or high-level constituents

  • Regional and/or global markets experience is a pre-requisite

  • Excellent oral communication and listening skills
