Marketing Manager

Redefine Meat, one of the fastest-growing FoodTech companies, is looking for an independent, well-organized, data-driven, and talented Marketing Manager.
You will join our evolving team in Europe early on and have a critical part in developing marketing programs in specific channels, providing sales support, brand building, and assisting with product definition.

We design the alternative protein field, coming up with cutting-edge food 3D printing technology and plant-based alt meat, and other sustainable products. We believe it’s possible to obtain meat while being environmentally and animal friendly.

Main objectives and tasks:

  • Establishing and localization of company and product brand.

  • Educate internal and external stakeholders about our products - building training plans for sales and distribution partners in Europe and articulating our product & technology values.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support all projects related to (but not limited to) website development, direct response efforts, branding campaigns, content marketing, creative projects, offline media, traditional media, retail support, and social media marketing projects.

  • Capture, document, and work with management to prioritize projects between departments and provide status updates weekly.

  • Ensure projects stay on timelines and meet deadlines.

  • Provide support to the marketing team across projects.

Background and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with communication/marketing specialization

  • 2-3 years of work experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management.

  • Experience leading marketing communication projects, including digital and media strategies in the Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry (CPG), is preferred.

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams and agency partners is preferred.

  • Developing strategic brand, product plans, such as communication campaigns, commercialization strategies, is preferred.

  • Experience leveraging data and trends to generate insights to understand consumer behavior is preferred.
