R&D food technologist
Main objectives and tasks:
-
Execution of R&D projects and experiments according to defined plans and protocols.

Analysis of experimental results, data, and preparation of summary reports.

Work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Support the production of a variety of advanced food formulations.
Background and Requirements:
-
MSc or PhD in Food Engineering/Food science/biotechnology/ chemistry/materials or another relevant field
-
At least 5 years of experience in R&D
-
Innovative thinker, creative, problem-solver, curious, with quick self-learning ability
-
Ability to analyze and summarize experimental results
-
Be self-motivated, responsible with hands on mentality
-
Ability to work and report in English
-
Ability to work as part of a team
