Preparation suggestion – Redefine Lamb Flank in a pan:

Place the Redefine Lamb Flank on a cutting board and cut into 3 cm slices against the grain, and season generously with oil.

Heat a pan over a medium to high flame, and fry each side for 4-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 72°C.

Place the Redefine Lamb Flank on a cutting board and slice across the grain to create slices 0.5-1 cm thick.
