Why we’re changing the rules of the game

At Redefine Meat, innovation is in our DNA. We studied meat down to its tiniest components, and use material science and advanced manufacturing technologies, including additive manufacturing/3D printing, to create new-meat* that everyone can enjoy. Our full portfolio of new-meat was developed together with meat experts and chefs, and includes a variety of minced (beef and lamb), pulled meat (beef, pork and lamb) and premium cuts (beef and lamb). Hundreds of restaurants, hotels and catering , and above all, a delightful sensory experience.
