  • Support with planning of upcoming marketing calendar activations for the end-consumer

  • Local management of influencers and social media activity – to ensure we build a social local presence that is culturally relevant with strong local content and focused reach.

  • Aa a maintenance technician / engineer you are responsible for the maintenance, analysis & repair and improvement of our all new equipment from world leading OEM’s in our factory. OEM’s like our RedefineMeat 3D printer company, Vemag, JBT, Fuji Packaging and Sealpac. As well as supporting production and building the maintenance department to be The Best Maintenance Team.

  • Executing planned maintenance: mechanical, electrical, sensors, programs, utilities and building

  • Work in CMMS: updating maintenance plan and program, reporting

  • Analysing, repairing and advising to prevent unplanned maintenance and breakdowns

  • Lead the project & implementation of Redefine Meat’s new global ERP system.

  • Work with suppliers, business users and management to refine company's business processes and their reflection in the ERP

  • Take charge of training, support, Documentation & systems improvements.

  • Lead future activities of information systems integration.

  • Support the implementation process of future operational applications (MES, EAM, etc.) according to Redefine Meat's needs and IT workplan.

  • This summer we will start production in our new factory in Best. We have various roles available, including logistics tasks, a number of operator roles (Vemag, Flowpack, Sealpac and 3D printing) and other common production activities.

  • To organise all material and information flow in such a way that the Best factory runs optimally. Creating and ensuring that the production planning can be executed without interruption is your mission!

  • Production planning: you are the initiator of the short & mid term production plan and will follow through on production execution & exceptions.

  • Creation of the production orders.

  • Material planning: you are the first point of contact for suppliers to call off all materials and you take the challenge to solve any supply issues with the material suppliers.

  • Stock management: you assure that stock levels are maintained at agreed levels and you organize inbound logistics from the external RAW/PACK warehouse.

  • We are looking for a Food Technologist Team Lead for our Innovation department. The position is temporary as a replacement for maternity leave with an option to continue in a different position in our R&D department. The innovation department will include a combination of projects designed to sustain the growth of our core products and may also include expanding into new categories and long-term projects.

  • Responsible for managing all food and raw materials innovation projects

  • Support the R&D team in attaining short-term and long-term development goals. Adapt to evolving scientific priorities

  • Conduct research on various new ingredients (sourcing and testing)

  • Collaborates with Sales, Product Management, and Operations in facilitating the forecasting for new product launches, expansions, and matured products.

  • Produces and analyzes statistical reports specific to customer satisfaction and forecasting/planning.

  • Instruct and train an external team of Customer Service Representatives.
