Your challenge

·      Implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, identifying their needs and offering solutions

·      Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base

·      Plan and execute product demonstrations, tastings, and events to promote Redefine Meat products

·      Provide ongoing customer support, addressing questions and concerns, and resolving issues as needed

·      Collaborate with other teams within Redefine Meat including marketing and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives

·      Maintain accurate sales records and reports using company systems and tools

·      Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide insights and recommendations to the team

 

What you'll need

·      2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and meat industry

·   Bachelor's degree in gastronomy, business, marketing, or another related field

·      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

·      Strong knowledge of the French landscape, including the culinary scene and customer preferences

·      Experience launching new products into the market and the ability to develop innovative sales strategies to promote them

·      Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

·      Highly organized with excellent time management skills

·      Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box

·      Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

·      Fluent in French and English
