PREPARATION

  1. Cook the rice: Sauté in a little oil, add 1 cup boiling water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool. 
  2. In a bowl, mix together: cooked rice, ground meat, chopped onion, spices, parsley, breadcrumbs, and egg. 
  3. Form into patties and fry in an air fryer at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes until golden brown. 
  4. Serve hot with chopped vegetables and tahini.
