Preparation
How To
Frozen
Before using, defrost the desired amount needed, under refrigeration, for 12 hours.
IN A SAUTÉ OR FRYING PAN
- Form the kofta mix into the desired shapes.
- Heat a grill or a sauté/frying pan 2 tablespoons of oil, over medium/high heat.
- Place the koftas in the pan or on the grill and cook for a total of 6-9 minutes, turning the koftas every few minutes.
- Cook until the measured internal temperature taken at the center of the product is 72°C.
Chilled
IN A SAUTÉ OR FRYING PAN
- For mince:
- heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the kofta mince and fry for 4 min until crumbly.
- For kofta:
- shape about 50 g mince per kofta.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
- Add the kofta, cover and fry for 7 minutes, turning several times.
Frozen
- Product must be stored in the freezer at or below (-18°C) until ready to use.
- This product is only suitable for consumption after cooking; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.
- After defrosting, the product must be stored in the refrigerator for no longer than 48 hours before cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
Chilled
- Refrigerate at a maximum of +7°C.
- The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.
