Cooking Method

Before using, thaw the desired amount needed, under refrigeration, for 12 hours. The product is only suitable for eating once thoroughly roasted or fried until the centre reaches a min of 72°C.

Stir-fry in a pan for a few minutes and use as a great filling for sandwiches.

Preparation steps
  • Preparation in a pan

    Form the kofta, heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the kofta to the pan and fry for 6-9 min until browned. It is recommended to turn several times.

  • Preparation in the Airfryer:
    Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C. Lightly brush the kebab patties with oil and cook for 8 min per side, flip halfway through, until browned.
