How To
Frozen
Before using, thaw the desired amount needed, under refrigeration, for 12 hours.
IN A SAUTÉ OR FRYING PAN
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a sauté/frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the pulled and cook for at least 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until browned.
- During the final few minutes of preparation, you may add seasoning or sauce, according to taste.
Chilled
IN A FRYING PAN
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
- Add the pulled and fry for 8 min. Stir constantly, and season to taste.
IN AN AIR FRYER
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. If there is a grill grid, remove it first.
- Combine the pulled with 2 tbsp of oil and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes or until browned. Season to taste.
Frozen
- The product must be stored in the freezer at or below (-18°C) until ready to use.
- This product is only suitable for consumption after cooking; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.
- After defrosting, the product must be stored in the refrigerator for no longer than 48 hours before cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
Chilled
- Refrigerate at a maximum of +7°C.
- The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.
