Arais for Kids with Lamb Kofta

PREPARATION

  1. Fill the pitas with the Redefine Lamb Kofta mix.  
  2. Heat the toaster or the greased pan and place the pitas. 
  3. In the toaster, grill for about 10 minutes, or in the pan, grill each side for about 5 minutes until the pita is browned and the kofta mix is cooked and juicy. 
  4. Remove from the heat, drizzle with creamy tahini to taste. 
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables and enjoy your meal!

Whole wheat pitas make a great healthy addition to the dish. Whole sesame tahini will add more essential vitamins and minerals. It’s recommended to serve with chopped vegetable sticks that can be dipped in the tahini sauce.
