Cooking Method
Remove the desired amount from freezer to fridge 8 hours before cooking. Once thawed, use within 48h. Do not
refreeze after defrosting.

Preparation in a pan
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the Shawarma and fry for 9 minutes. Stir constantly, and season with salt and black pepper.

Preparation in an Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. If there is a grill grid, it must be removed first. Mix the Shawarma with 2 tbsp. of oil and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
