Why we exist
Founded from a passion for meat and a devotion to our planet.
We love the experience of cooking and eating meat, but we're concerned about its effect on our environment. So we set out to make meat a different way: from plants, without asking anyone to compromise on taste, experience, or sustainability.

Using plant-based tissue engineering, our patent-pending Meat Matrix Additive Manufacturing (MMAM), and other advanced technologies, we create new-meat that delivers the full culinary experience of traditional meat, with none of the animal-based ingredients.
