PREPARATION

For the Pesto: 

  1. In a tall container, combine basil, walnuts, and olive oil. 
  2. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. 
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

For the Beef: 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  2. Sauté sliced onion until golden. 
  3. Add pulled beef and cook for about 8 minutes while stirring. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  5. When done, add 3-4 tablespoons of the prepared pesto and mix well. 

Pizza Assembly: 

  1. Preheat oven to high temperature. 
  2. Spread the beef and pesto mixture over the ready-made pizza. 
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until browned.
