If you’ve been craving a succulent steak but don’t want to spend over an hour in the kitchen, we’ve got you covered. Our Redefine Flank Steak is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a steak in a fraction of the time. Our Redefine Flank Skewers cooked in the air fryer are a breeze to prepare and deliver on taste. Set the temperature of your air fryer to 180°C, and in just 10 minutes (make sure to flip the skewers half way through!), you can have a juicy flank steak on your plate. We suggest using garlic, curry powder, cilantro, parsley, olive oil, and salt and pepper as the marinade. Before brushing on the marinade, cut the steak against the grain into 1cm thick slices and thread them onto skewers. 

Pair your air-fried flank skewers with seasonal veggies for a well-rounded meal. The crispy exterior and juicy interior of the steak complement a variety of sides, making it a versatile option for any meal.

Simply preheat the air fryer to 200°C and set the timer for 12 minutes. For this recipe, add the pulled beef and your preferred veggies to the air fryer together. After a few minutes of cooking, give the basket a good shake and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 

Chef’s tip: Don’t be afraid to let the Pulled Beef get a bit crispy; the more you let it brown, the tastier it will be.

Preheat the airfryer to 180°C and cook the patties for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through. If you love Mediterranean flavours, this recipe is a must-try! Start by preheating your air fryer to 180°C and cook the Redefine Kabab for 10 minutes, turning halfway through. For the sauce, mix tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and serve with a fresh vegetable salad. 

Chef’s Tip: Use olive oil spray before cooking in the air fryer for an even better texture and flavour.
