Your challenge
We are expanding production in our new factory in Best. For this we are looking for employees for various Operator activities.
We are looking for people who like to roll up their sleeves and work in a team. If you recognize yourself in the description below, there is a position for you at our company!
- You ensure a tidy and safe working environment
- You take care of the prescribed cleaning work on the machine and working environment, so that hygiene is guaranteed
- You are engaged and always looking for improvement potential
- You understand the importance of Lean and continuous improvement and you are eager to learn
- You will work with a new machine park and therefore you will need to feel responsible for the machines.
What you'll need
- You have good communication skills in the Dutch and/or English language
- You like a good atmosphere and you have a collegial attitude
- You feel responsible for the machines, colleagues and materials
- You like to work with the most modern techniques and tools
- You have completed a technical or MBO education or you have a demonstrable MBO work and thinking level
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- You stand firm and know how to set priorities
- You are goal-oriented, flexible and a team player
