- Use fact-based selling skills and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Deliver online and offline demos/culinary support to reach & penetrate the business growth with a selling approach.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and influence various stakeholders.
- Use your creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to grow volume & revenue to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the assigned area.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analyze data to understand business drivers and trends for strategic accounts.
- Support strategic customer initiatives.
What you'll need
- 1-2 years of experience in culinary, hospitality, or other related fields.
- Passion for learning and growing within the sales field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Strength in strategic and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew
