Senior Product Manager (Food Service Lead)

Your challenge
➔Lead the strategy and development processes of New-Meat™ products from idea to launch to ensure the growth of Redefine Meat’s portfolio.
➔Lead the global food service segment in the product team (manage 2-3 product managers directly)
➔Defining the roadmap of new products, packaging, and product cost structure.
➔Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, Marcom, etc.
➔Great brand and values ambassador and genuinely passionate about business growth and how you can have an impact.
➔ Have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and to be forward-thinking and anticipate opportunities and challenges.
➔ Have Product analytical skills to understand the product and its features, benefits,and more must be clearly known for better product advocation.
➔ Make the right decisions at the right time for product-related information.
➔ Curious and innovative, always looking for the best solution for every challenge.
What you'll need
➔ 8+ years of experience in leading a product & innovation team within the food industry.
➔Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional interfaces.
➔Strategic, analytical, and customer-centric.
➔ You rely on your methodology to understand the big picture and build the corresponding plans.
➔ Flexibility and the ability to survive in an ever-changing structure. Flexibility to operate in grey areas that have yet to be assigned to a particular department. A pure team player who is perfectly fine with co-ownership.
➔ Forward-thinking: you anticipate opportunities and challenges.
