Preparation suggestion in a pan:

Place the Redefine Beef Flank on a cutting board and cut into 3 cm slices against the grain, and season generously with oil.
Heat a pan over a medium to high flame and fry each side for 4-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 72°C.
Place the Redefine Beef Flank on a cutting board and slice across the grain to create slices 0.5-1 cm thick.
We recommend adding olive oil, salt and pepper before serving, and you’re done!
