PREPARATION

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Slice the Redefine Flank Steak into 1 cm slices along the grain. Place the thinly sliced Flank slices in a shallow bowl or resealable plastic bag. Pour half of the teriyaki sauce over the slices, ensuring they are evenly coated. Marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare the teriyaki sauce by mixing soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and marinated Flank slices in a single layer. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the reserved teriyaki sauce into the skillet and stir well to coat the slices in the sauce.
  6. Allow the sauce to simmer and thicken for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve the Teriyaki-glazed Flank over white rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Bon appetite!
