PREPARATION

  1. Finely chop the pickles, sauerkraut, red chili pepper and parsley leaves. Reserve until ready to use.
  2. Heat 2 tbsps. of oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. When shimmering, add the sliced onion and cook until the onions are nicely browned. Remove from the pan and drain on paper toweling to remove the excess oil.
  3. Prepare the Redefine Bratwursts. Heat the oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Redefine Bratwursts to the pan and fry for 10 minutes until cooked through. Remember to rotate a few times during the cooking to get some nice caramelization. Remove from heat and keep warm.
  4. Split the buns making sure not to cut them all the way through. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the lower half of each bun. Place a cooked Redefine Bratwurst in the prepared buns and top with chopped pickle, sauerkraut, red chili, parsley and fried onions. Serve.
  5. Bon Appetit!
