1. Chop the mushrooms, mint, coriander, parsley, thyme, dill, chives, scallions, and hot peppers and place in a bowl. Add the pine nuts.
  2. In a medium skillet heat the olive oil. When hot, sauté the onions until golden.
  3. Add the Redefine Beef and continue to cook over high heat until almost completely browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  5. Add the cooled Redefine-meat to the reserved vegetables, herbs and pine nuts. Mix well.
  6. Add the egg to vegetable/New-Meat™️ mixture and combine.
  7. Scoop out the inside of a loaf of bread to form a cavity. Fill the hollowed-out loaf with the prepared vegetable/New-Meat™️ mixture.
  8. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) degrees. Brush the bread’s outer shell with olive oil and bake, on a parchment lined baking sheet, for about 25 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
