PREPARATION

  1. Julienne the onion and peppers, halve the potatoes. Remove the central veins from the kale leaves and tear them into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a sauté pan or wok, over medium/high heat. Add the onions and cook until they are golden and caramelize.
  3. Add the rest of the vegetables and the salt and pepper. Continue to stir fry until the kale wilts and the vegetables are cooked. Keep warm.
  4. Prepare the Redefine Pro Bratwurst sausages according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Before plating, squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the stir fry.
  6. Plate the cooked sausages alongside a bed of stir-fried vegetables and serve.
