Tacos Pulled Pork

PREPARATION

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Redefine Pulled Pork and stir well until it’s brown (approx. 8 minutes). You may also refer to the cooking instructions on the product packaging as a guide. 
  2. Add smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt and black pepper. Mix well. 
  3. Make the aioli – hot sauce. In a small bowl mix well the mayonnaise and hot sauce. 
  4. Lightly toast the tortillas in a warm pan. 
  5. Spoon pulled pork on each tortilla, drizzle aioli – hot sauce and top with fresh herbs 
  6. Serve alongside chopped tomato, avocado/ guacamole, frijoles/black beans and pickled onions.
