Before using, thaw the desired amount needed, under refrigeration, for 12 hours. The product is only suitable for eating once thoroughly roasted or fried until the centre reaches a min of 72°C.
Form the kofta, heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add the kofta to the pan and fry for 6-9 min until browned. It is recommended to turn several times.
