REDEFINE PREMIUM BURGERS
A burger that stands on its own. Juicy, mouthwatering and coarsely ground, with the flavour and bite of the real thing: cook straight from frozen, no defrosting required.

Frozen
IN A SAUTÉ OR FRYING PAN
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a sauté/frying pan over medium/high heat.
- Add the burgers and cook, covered, 5 minutes a side, for a total of 10 minutes, until the burger is cooked through and nicely browned.
- When cooked the measured internal temperature of the patty should read 72°C.
Chilled
IN A SAUTÉ OR FRYING PAN
- Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the burger to the pan, cover and cook for 6 min. Flip the burger halfway through. Add salt and pepper.
Frozen
- Product must be stored in the freezer at or below (-18°C) until ready to use.
- This product is only suitable for consumption after cooking; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.
- Use immediately after removing the product from the freezer for preparation. There is no need to defrost. DO NOT REFREEZE.
Chilled
- Refrigerate at a maximum of +7°C.
- The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption; follow the cooking instructions below. Do not eat or serve raw.
