Cooking Method
The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of 72°C before consumption.
For the best results, slice with the grain.

Preparation steps

Preparation in an oven:
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Season each Flank Steak with 1 table spoon of oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place it in the oven and roast for about 12 min. -
Preparation in a pan
Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the Flank Steak and sear for 3 minutes each side (12 minutes total). Season to taste.

Preparation in an Air Fryer
Turn on the Air Fryer and set the temperature to 200°C. Add the Flank Steak and sear it for 8 minutes.
The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of at least 72°C before consumption
