The product must be thoroughly heated until it has reached a core temperature of 72°C before consumption
Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the Flank Steak and sear for 3 minutes and 30 seconds each side (14 minutes total). Season to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. If there is a grill grid, remove prior to cooking. Lightly brush the Flank Steak with 1 tbsp. of oil and cook in the air fryer basket for 10 minutes until browned. Flip halfway through. Season to taste.
